Qingdao Binhai Investigation and Surveying Co., Ltd. (abbr. as “QBIS” or “The company” hereafter) was established in 1995 and has grown into a high-tech enterprise integrating ashore or offshore investigation and surveying with production and promotion of marine equipment. In recent years, QBIS is mainly engaged in the investigation and surveying of offshore clean energy projects, e.g., wind power, photovoltaic power, and other offshore buildings or structures, as well as the development and manufacturing of relevant equipment in the meantime .
QBIS has more than 100 employees, over 20 professional drilling teams, 30 plus technical patents and exceeding 50 sets of professional exploration equipment ; and moreover, the company possesses not only the labor service qualification of engineering investigation and surveying as well as the certificate of QHSE system, but also the titles of “High-tech Enterprise” and “AAA Demonstration Unit of Keeping Contracts and Promises” which were rated in 2021.

According to market demand, a new marine equipment subsidiary has been established, and multiple sets of HYZ-500, HYZ-500D67 and other series of marine drilling rigs have been developed, manufactured, and sold. Due to its stable performance, low failure rate, and high work efficiency, this series of drilling rigs has been widely recognized and unanimously praised by various survey units and owner units, making outstanding contributions to the successful completion of project survey work.
Taking into account the increasing demand for refined offshore exploration and domestic underground CPT business, as well as the increasing market demand for offshore wave compensation drilling rigs, we have summarized our nearly 30 years of offshore drilling experience and combined advanced domestic and foreign technologies to organize our backbone to develop and manufacture the BH-600 modular wave compensation drilling rig. The drilling rig uses a power head for drilling, and the offshore drilling depth can reach 600 meters. Compared with traditional drilling rigs, it has convenient transportation and installation; High safety of offshore operations; High coring rate and accurate data; Strong resistance to wind and waves, high operational efficiency, suitable for marine geological survey work in fields such as offshore wind power, marine geological survey, bridges, docks, tunnels, etc.
